My Aircraft
SampleThe owner's home screen — one airplane, one project. This is how it looks on their phone the day they drop the airplane off.

My Project Tracker
SampleNo phone tag, no guessing. The owner watches their cabin move through the shop, stage by stage, with photos from the floor.
Your seat covers are being stitched in the Sewing Room — Tarmac leather with Cloud Gray suede inserts and the diamond-quilt pattern you chose. Rear seats are on the table today.
When stitching is complete, the finished pieces move to QC, where every seam and panel is inspected before installation. You'll see photos here the day it happens.
In Shop · Sep 30Interior removed; seats stripped to the frames and inspected. Frames and foam in good shape — no surprises found.

Arrival Check — Signed by Both Sides
SampleBefore any work begins, the shop and the owner walk the aircraft together and power up every system — actually seen working, not just checked on paper. Both parties sign. If something is found not working, it's recorded honestly, right here, before a single seat comes out.
Arrival Check · N821BD
● Fully SignedOnce both parties sign, this checklist locks. Any later change is added as a dated note — never a silent edit — so the record you signed is the record that stands.
Delivery Check
At HandoverAt delivery, the same visual check runs again — side by side with arrival — and both parties sign a second time. This is the preview the owner sees while their project is in the shop.
| System | Arrival | Delivery |
|---|---|---|
| Radios / Comms | WORKING | — AT HANDOVER |
| GPS / Navigation | WORKING | — AT HANDOVER |
| Transponder / ADS-B | WORKING | — AT HANDOVER |
| Autopilot | WORKING | — AT HANDOVER |
| Audio Panel | WORKING | — AT HANDOVER |
| Intercom | WORKING | — AT HANDOVER |
| Engine Instruments | WORKING | — AT HANDOVER |
| Cabin & Exterior Lighting | WORKING | — AT HANDOVER |
| ELT | WORKING | — AT HANDOVER |
| USB / Power Ports | NOT WORKING | — AT HANDOVER |
If it was recorded not working on arrival, it's on the record — no surprises, no arguments at handover. That's the point of signing it together.
My Design
SampleThe owner's approved design sheet — the one the Sewing Room is sewing to. Every color comes from the shop's own collection, so what they picked is what gets sewn.
N821BD Cabin — Design Sheet
Diamond-quilt cabin in Tarmac and Cloud Gray — sewn into the Vision Jet in the photo.
Owners pick from these eight. The range is kept small on purpose, so any combination works together. Additional colors available on request.
My Records
SampleEverything the owner signs or approves stays in their account — the paperwork lives with the aircraft, not in a filing cabinet.
